Today's Featured Seller comes to us from across the pond... Hampshire, U.K. And her work is so adorable, I could not help but feature her shop here.

Her inspiration comes from old country houses, cottage gardens and vintage clothes. She likes working with natural based textiles combining plain with florals and embellishing with buttons, charms and crochet.

It was quite the lovely day here in Ohio. Unseasonably cool and breezy. (Something tells me this is all going to lead up to one hell of a winter... oh well.)

So after work, off to the park we went, blanket in hand, and caught a few rays of light before then watching the sun start to set. It was very nice.

This past Friday was sooooo busy, that I completely forgot about my "Feature Friday" until about 9 p.m. that night! So, this week will be a double-feature. Tuesday and Friday will feature "newbie" Etsy shops, with under 10 sales (because all of us needed a little help to start...)

I will also be posting some of my personal favorites that I have found on Etsy in the last few weeks on Wednesday's Post.

Thank-You Thursday will probably be something like "Buy One, Get The Next 1/2 off"... or something similar.

Musings: Droopy Thursday Eyelids

Goodness, I can barely keep my eyes open today!

Yesterday I visited my favorite Independant bead shop, A World of Beads, and found some very wonderful gems for my next couple of jewelry designs. Moonstone, Mango Chalcedony, Candy Jade, MOP, more moonstoone, rainbow moonstore. After shopping, going to the grocery, starting laundry and then making dinner...I sat down around 8:30 to start making a necklace and just simply could not decide what I wanted to make. After a little daydreaming, finally I decided on a double strand wire wrapped necklace, using the candy jade, rainbow moonstone rondells and the second strand with the smaller moonstone beads. I managed to finish one of the strands last night, though I'm paying big time for the lack of sleep. If I can manage to keep my eyes open long enough, I am going to finish the second stand. Perhaps I will have a picture to show you tomorrow!

And then on to the less-fun, kinda boring part of this business...I need to start listing these items on Etsy, work on promoting, etc etc. If only I could make the jewelry and somehow it would magically sell itself. Sigh...

Just as adorable as the cutest toddlers and infants I have every seen as models, are the gorgeous handcrafted Beanies, Berets and Hats that Marina makes and sells in her shop "three fish shop" on Etsy (http://www.etsy.com/shop.php?user_id=7128854)

Made with the finest natural and organic yarn, her creations range from blightly colored to softly sweet, offerings for newborns, boys and girls and even some adult beanies. Oh, and she does wholesale orders as well! Marina's been on Etsy only since March this year and has already made quite the name for herself, along with a rapidly increasing number of sales over the past two months.
